Lostock A withdrawal.
Sadly I have to announce, that Lostock A have had to withdraw their team from the first division, for this season.
All of their fixtures will be awarded as 64-0 to the teams that they were due to play.

League Chairman retirement
It is with regret, that I have to announce that David McCormick has now retired as the league Chairman. We would like to say a big thank you to David, and Marjorie, for the many, many years of hard work that they have done for the Walkden & District Tennis League.
I am happy to announce that Ian Hodgkinson has kindly accepted the role of League Chairman, as Davids replacement.

Presentation Evening 2017
Glad to see a good turnout, at the Presentation Evening on Friday at Leigh.
Hope you all had a an enjoyable evening.
