Dear All,
In view of the unfortunate incident which happened at Tyldesley Tennis Club on Wednesday evening the 30th April, which I have to report very sadly led to the passing away of Brian Critchley a member of Tyldesley Tennis Club. The Walkden & District Tennis League have decided to postpone all fixtures on Wednesday 7th May 2025. Fixtures will then just move forward 1 week as per the fixtures.

Please would you inform all players at your club who will be affected by the above information.

The fixture between Parrfold and Monton A was not played, because the police have closed Parr Fold park due to an ongoing investigation.
We hope the fixture can be played at a later date.

The fixtures for the 2024 season are now available on the website.
I have made a small change, using separate pages for each division, which means you will see a submenu for each division.
Hopefully, this should speed up the loading of the required page.

Just a reminder that it is usual for all teams to donate a raffle prize for the presentation evening. This can be anything of your choice. Please bring with you on the evening.
The evening will start at 7.30pm and last orders at the bar will be 11.00pm.
Can I also ask, that if anyone attending from your club has any food intolerance of allergy related issues that you please inform me before the evening.
